Harbouredge Walk to V and A Waterfront and CTICC

Positive: Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und der Check-in super unkompliziert. Das Personal war immer total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negative: Leider war der Pool, weshalb wir die Unterkunft auch unteranderem gebucht hatten, nicht verfügbar. Die Sicherheitsleute sagten, dass der Pool leider nicht mit zu dem Gebäude gehören würde, wobei auf der Website mit dem Pool geworben wird. Im Fahrstuhl hing ein Schild, dass er leider nicht verfügbar wäre, dort wäre eine bessere Kommunikation wünschenswert und eine eventuelle Anpassung der Beschreibung des Apartments nötig.

A well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building that is walkable to the waterfront etc Positive: The team at Moya Properties responded very quickly to my booking request and communication was smooth and efficient throughout. The instructions before arriving were clear and detailed and getting the keys was straightforward. The apartment is in a superb location - an easy 15 / 20 minute walk to the Waterfront and has supermarkets etc within 10 minutes walk as well. It is incredibly quiet as well. The apartment is spacious and quite well appointed throughout with a lovely big terrace (with adjustable screens) looking out over the port / waterfront. The 2nd bedroom is a reasonable size but moving the luggage cases out of the room gave a sense of more space (this would be less of an issue for stays of 2 or 3 nights only). The showers were excellent - powerful and lots of hot water. For a short stay close to the waterfront etc this is a great option.
