Positive: Quiet, friendly and helpful security guards, clean, and nice solo getaway with necessary facilities.
Negative: The toilet wasn't clean when receiving the apartment, a cleaning service did come clean it next morning but it was still the same, looked like the toilet was badly stained.
Cleaning services should come daily with the apartment, other places offer it inclusive of booking. But here it had to be purchased separately. It could pick up ratings and hospitality if this was included like other places.
