Everything was amazing, it was our second time staying at the paragon , the property is clean we had everything we neede Positive: The property is a walking distance to the shops, that was a win. Staff members were super nice and helpful and it was a smooth check in Negative: They didn’t have the braai facility but we asked the security and he explained what happened to it. So I think just remove the BBQ facility

Wonderful stay, definitely would book again Positive: Central location, clean, friendly security, easy check-in/check-out process Negative: a strong cigarette smell in the corridor, coming from one of the neighbours. Nothing they can do about that though… also the smell is not detectable when inside the apartment so +++

Positive: I booked for my mother and eldest daughter as my place is rather small to accommodate all of us. Considering I have used the same apartment in 2018 foe my stay and booked for my family now it was amazing. Its homely, calming and you just relax with no stress from security. I love the fact that you do what you want to do and no one knocking at your door for whatever reason. Close to shops and close to campus as they came for Grad. Space spacious. I must say things have changed from when i stayed till now.. I love the fact when I inquired about the TV someone came through to sort out. The sliding door also had an issue which was sorted so 100/10 for response. My mother loved the apartment. I cannot fault anything but maybe a little upgrade will do as this is based on my personal experience when I used same apartment in 2018 and what I saw now in 2026. Negative: The floor needs needs maintainance there were burnt marks on the floor plus water damage. Whatever product that was use to clean the floor must be changed as the floors were sticky. Nothing major just minor stuff..
